Service Rates
Landlord gas inspection
£110 + VAT
- Inspection of up to 4 appliances.
- Inspection of gas appliances, pipework, vents and flues.
- Checking correct operating pressure.
- Adequate air supply, and correct combustion of gas.
- That flues and chimneys are able to emit fumes safely to the outside.
- All safety devices are working correctly.
- Issuance of Gas Safety Certificate (CP12).
Boiler service
£110 + VAT
- Full inspection of boiler and cleaning of boiler.
- Inspection of all components, seals and gaskets.
- Test appliance in accordance to manufacturers instructions.
- Assessment of current heating controls, and best practises and advice regarding energy efficiency.
- Does not include Gas Safety Certificate (CP12)
Powerflush
From £600 + VAT
- A Powerflush is a cleaning process used to remove deposits of sludge, rust and debris from your central heating system.
Landlord combo
£160 + VAT
- Full boiler service + landlords gas inspection.
- Inspection of up to 4 gas appliances.
- Issuance of Gas Safety Certificate (CP12).
